HONG KONG, Dec 4 (Reuters) - Shenzhen Yantian Port Group said on Thursday Hutchison Whampoa Ltd <0013.HK>, the world's biggest container terminal operator, had agreed to invest in a container terminal in the city's Yantian East area.

(RTTNews) - AMRL International Tech City, a joint venture of Hyderabad-based AMR Constructions Ltd. and Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation or Tidco, plans to invest about Rs.800 crore to create a multi-product special economic zone in Tamil Nadu, the first of its kind in the state, reported Business Standard.

Metro Cash & Carry, the German wholesale major, today said it plans to invest Rs 900 crore in Punjab to set up six distribution centres. “We have plans to enter Punjab now,” said Martin Dlouhy, the managing director of Metro Cash & Carry, India, without mentioning a time-frame.
